ASU NanoFab: A Research Enabler

ASU NanoFab is the Southwest regional node of the NSF-supported National Nanofabrication Infrastructure Network (NNIN), one of fourteen NNIN university sties. We are a flexible foundry, offering state-of-the-art device processing and characterization tools to individuals and companies who need occasional or recurring access to such facilities. Established companies, innovative start-ups and independent researchers have benefited from access to our 4,000 square foot class-100 cleanroom, state-of-the-art equipment and knowledgeable technical staff.

We provide the facility, equipment and resources for a full range of operations—from the wet world of biosystems and chemistry to the dry world of inorganic materials, as well as the hybrid structures in between. Our core strengths are nanofabrication, CMOS processing, molecular- and bio-electronics, micro-electro-mechanical-systems (MEMS), nano-fluidics, optoelectronics and device characterization.

Whatever your requirements—from single molecule fabrication to systems on a chip and beyond—ASU NanoFab can enable and enhance your research needs. Browse through our equipment and processes in the Capabilities section, review the credentials of our skilled support staff, look over the getting started procedures and follow the instructions listed or contact us to schedule your upcoming NanoFab project.
